1. Service Description

TapeTrail is a market-data aggregation and AI-analysis platform covering Indian listed equities (BSE + NSE). We provide filings, financial results, concall transcripts, corporate actions, news, and alerts.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use TapeTrail. This is a SEBI regulatory requirement for financial-data platforms in India.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may have up to two concurrent sessions per account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

The free tier has daily usage limits on certain content types. Premium (₹4,999/year) removes these limits. Anonymous visitors are metered after five article reads; registering is always free.

5. Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are annual and auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel any time through Account → Billing.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Some content on TapeTrail is generated using AI (Google Gemini). AI summaries may contain errors. Nothing on TapeTrail is investment advice. See our SEBI Disclaimer for the complete statement.

7. Data Accuracy

Data is sourced from BSE, NSE, and other public filings. We are not liable for exchange errors or upstream data-provider issues.

8. User Content

Private notes are yours. Shared watchlists are public by choice (once you share the link).

9. Intellectual Property

TapeTrail owns the AI-generated analysis on the platform. You own the notes you create.

10. Termination

We may suspend accounts for ToS violations. Deleted accounts enter a 30-day soft-delete period before permanent erasure.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.

12. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to these terms and, where required, ask you to re-accept.
